Homemade Exercise Cards
If you're anything like me you rip several pages out of magazines that have detailed exercises for various parts of the body. I have a pile of ripped out pages that continually get moved around in my house and most I have never tried.
I enjoyed making these cards. I got to use my creative side, clear some clutter, and make quick cards to grab for my workouts. Hope you like them and enjoy making them as well.
I was tired of seeing the papers around but I did not want to throw them away. I then thought of an idea to minimize the paper and keep the exercisses neat so that I can try them. Below is the instruction for the workout cards I created.
Step 2: Buy Supplies
You will need:
magazine rip outs
scissors
tape - I used double sided tape
Index cards - I used neon cards
self laminating sheets
I bought the scissors, tape, and self laminating sheets from Dollar Tree. The index cards came from Walmart and I have a subscription for the magazines.
Cut the exercises out of the magazine page and size them to the card. Once you have your layout tape the magazine cut outs on the index card. Set your index card in the self laminating sheet making sure the magazine cut outs are flat. Follow the instructions that came with the self laminating sheet to secure the index card. Throw away the scraps.

- This is also great for recipes from magazines.
